There will be a brief break of two weeks, and then a side story, and then probably another short break while I work out the kinks in the second series. The main plot story will continue! I’m rather excited about it.

Well beautiful friends, here we have come to the end of the first book, and so I open the floor and ask of you, what has been good, what has been bad, and what you would like to see more of (or less of)?

In general, what tropes have always bugged you in urban fantasy? What tropes have you always longed for? 

In particular, what do you hope to see from this world or these characters? More ensemble? Less ensemble? More smooching? Less smooching? Naughty scenes? Fighty scenes? Specific stuff? More gangsters or more far-off places?

Do you have any in world stuff you look forward to hearing about in future stories? <- this is of particular interest to me.

This is an open discussion thread, but also the place where I’m looking to hear from you, my dear patrons, if I should keep going with this story, or do a new one. I have a lovely surreal cyberpunk revolution novel I could serialize, or I could focus some or all of my creative energy to run/curate the game version of this narrative online or in person. 

Also, you who have paid me might like to know that I’ve hired an editor to look at existing chapters and so far I’ve been really happy with her work. (Though I haven’t updated the website with her changes yet. That will happen next month-ish.) I will continue to use these patreon funds to hire an editor for future chapters – this should make a big dent in my misplaced comma count. When she’s done with book one I’ll send it to the Zon for print-on-demand, and then there will be a paperback and kindle book.
